JetBrains has added notification management to its Space product to help developers deal with information overload.
#Spacebox, the new default personal feed, intelligently highlights the most relevant notifications, and users can customize the setup to adjust which notifications they want to see in Spacebox, as well as any feed or channel. group.
“Our goal with Space is to enable software developers and other teams working with them to collaborate effectively and focus on their work,” said Sergey Shkredov, team leader at JetBrains Space. “Space does this by intelligently handling notifications of new issues, commits, blog posts and any other updates that interest you while avoiding distractions.”

The toolkit analyzes GC log files into discrete events and provides an API to aggregate data from these events, allowing users to create arbitrary and complex analyzes of the state of managed memory in the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) represented by the garbage collection log.
GCToolkit consists of 3 Java modules that cover API, GC log file analyzers and a Vert.x based email backplane.
